The Annual Cleveland Kite Festival
Flying a kite with a bag over your head? Yes, this is one
of the many things that go on at the Cleveland Kite Festival
put on by O.S.E.K. (Ohio Society for the Elevation of Kites).
This was the 7th annual kite festival and our third appearance
at the festival held just out side of downtown Cleveland,
